1 c. whole wheat couscous
1-1 1/2 c. water
1 stick cinnamon
1/4 c. golden raisins
1/3 tsp. salt
1. Measure water, add cinnamon (and cardamom pods) and salt. Boil.
2. Measure couscous, add to water when boiling. Stir once, turn off heat and let sit.
3. Fluff after 5-10 minutes, and serve, or re-cover until ready to serve.
